What's in this month's segments?

This month we learn about the LivingWorks Start program, a 90-minute online program that anyone can take to be trained to recognise the signs of suicide and take life-saving action by connecting those at risk to hope and safety.

We find out about the free online support ReachOut is providing to young Australians during the COVID-19 outbreak to help them stay well when it comes to their mental health.

We hear about the anonymous help and support you can access through Lifeline via phone and online, including their chat service.

We find out about the support people affected by complex mental health issues can access through SANE Australia throughout the COVID-19 outbreak.

And we learn about PANDA’s Mental Health Checklist for Expecting and New Parents, which has been designed to help people worried about their feelings and alert them whether they should seek help.
