What's in this month's segments?

This month we catch up with R U OK? CEO Katherine Newton to find out how you can make staying connected a new daily routine.

We profile new Beyond Blue podcast Not Alone, which features everyday Australians talking about their mental health journey to help you with yours.

We catch up with Mates in Construction to learn about of the high number of Queensland construction apprentices who have experienced workplace bullying, and what those in the industry can do to call out bullying when they see it.

PANDA CEO Julie Borninkhof explains that it’s normal for expecting and new parents to feel concerned about how the coronavirus will affect their own health, as well as that of their baby, their wider family and other loved ones.

And we learn about ReachOut’s COVID-19 Study Support Hub, which aims to support the mental health and wellbeing of students across Australia as they negotiate the impacts on their learning due to COVID-19.
