Celebrate National Volunteer Week by sharing your Most Valuable Volunteers (MVV) and enter to win!

Volunteers are the lifeblood of community radio, sharing their passions, offering their unique talents, and giving their valued time to enrich our stations and listeners' lives. Whether it's the technical wizard who keeps us on the air, the warm voice that our listeners just love, or the behind-the-scenes organisers that keep it all together, it takes a variety of skills and personal qualities to keep the symphony of community broadcasting sounding great!

From 1-26 May, we're asking stations to celebrate National Volunteer Week by sharing your Most Valuable Volunteers (MVV) on your social media and nominating them to win a CBAA Conference ticket!

This competition is an opportunity to highlight all our volunteers and the unique talents they bring to the community broadcasting sector. Stations are encouraged to recognise multiple volunteers and make multiple entries. The winner will receive a scholarship package to the CBAA Conference 2024, where they can gain new insights, network with peers, and further empower their role within their station and the broader community. Preference will be given to volunteers from stations who may greatly benefit from the opportunity. See our terms and conditions for more information.

Nominate your Most Valuable Volunteers here.

Celebrate your volunteers on your social channels using our template.

Keep your eyes peeled for the winner on Monday 27 May!
