We all know conflict exists because we’ve all either experienced it or seen it happening. Conflict is an inseparable part of human existence.

Community radio is required to follow a Code of Practice dedicated to managing conflicts within stations. The Community Radio Broadcasting Code of Practice 7 requires all stations to have a code of practice for internal dispute resolution.
