The CBAA and HWL Ebsworth have established a Duty Solicitor Program which provides CBAA member stations with access to a solicitor for a free 20 minute telephone consultation. The program will provide CBAA member stations with easy access to legal advice from solicitors with expertise in broadcasting and media law.

Please note the following before proceeding:

  • The Duty Solicitor Scheme is for Permanent or Temporary members of the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia.
  • The person requesting the Duty Solicitor Scheme is an authorised representative of the Station (President or appointed delegate).
  • Free consultation with HWL Ebsworth is limited to one (1) 20 minute consultation annually.
