Community radio offers a unique opportunity for broadcasters and listeners from underrepresented communities to connect and share their stories. The LGBTIQA+ community has long used community radio as a way to connect, especially during times of legal and social exclusion. With the 2025 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Festival having kicked off over the weekend with Fair Day we're highlighting just some of the programming out there made by and for people from the LGBTIQA+ community.

If you know a program that should be included here please let us know by emailing [email protected].
