- Simon Hancox, Grant Thornton - National Head of Not for Profit. Grant Thornton is one of the world's leading organisations of independent assurance, tax and advisory firms. Simon represents Australia on Grant Thornton International’s Steering Committee for the Not for Profit Industry, which provides insight into the global trends affecting the sector.
- Simon Pordage - Company Secretary, Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited (AFIC). Simon has over 17 years company secretarial and governance experience. He has been in his current role since 2009 and was previously Deputy Company Secretary for Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Limited and Head of Board Support for Barclays PLC in the UK. He is also a Vice President and non-executive Director of the Governance Institute of Australia, Chairman of their Legislation Review and Remuneration Committees and Deputy Chairman of their Victorian Council.
