POSITION: Weekday Presenter, Buderim QLD

104.9 Sunshine FM is the most listened-to radio station on the Sunshine Coast*.  We are one of Australia’s most successful community broadcasters with a highly engaged audience that loves our mix of local information and hit music from the 50s to today.

We’re looking for an experienced weekday presenter.

This is a casual position.  We’re not-for-profit, so we have to keep an eye on the budget.  There’s no producer and no panel operator.  It’s yours to own.   While this is a paid role, we’re a volunteer-based station and you’ll be happy to volunteer some time, as well.

You could be presenting now and ready to recalibrate your work-life balance or you may have left the business a while ago and would like to come back to do some great local radio.  You know your music, you like people and you only need three minutes to do a great interview.

If we’re a good fit, you’ll love working with a small team that strives to be the best we can be, every day.  You’ll love mentoring newcomers, our new facilities and living in one of the nicest places in the world: beaches and rainforest at your doorstep; a capital city just down the road.

Send your demo reel to [email protected].  Be sure to include music and talk elements, and thank you for considering us.
