Exciting management role, located in paradise!

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced manager to lead this exciting ministry in the next phase of its growth.

The Organisation:

Juice 107.3 is the Gold Coast’s Christian community radio station.  You’ll be a part of a small friendly team working alongside a vibrant group of Christian multi-platform media organisations to bring engaging hope-filled content to the Coast.

This rare role located at our Gold Coast office is ideal for a leader with a genuine passion for the Purpose of Juice 107.3 and who displays our values of being humblereal, and all in!

The role:

You’ll be responsible for managing staff and engaging local volunteers in the operations of the radio station.  Along with oversight of content, technical, marketing and sponsorship sales, another crucial part of your role will be driving key stakeholder relationships with members, supporters, donors, church and community leaders.

The successful applicant:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have a ministry heart, outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to connect with a wide range of people, be a confident public speaker with highly developed written and verbal communication skills and be able to organise yourself and others.

Experience in broadcasting, sales or fundraising would be an advantage.

As a Christian ministry with a mission to share God’s love with the community, you’ll be someone keen to facilitate this within your role.

The Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) has officially launched digital audio broadcasting (DAB+) for community radio stations on the Gold Coast. Three stations, 4CRBJuice, and Radio Metro, will be available to audiences via free-to-air DAB+ digital radio across the Gold Coast following a testing period that commenced in September 2022. This makes these three stations the first community radio stations to broadcast via DAB+ outside of Australia's capital cities.
