JOY94.9 and 2SER are presenting live coverage on the Community Radio Network from the 2015 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday 7 March.

The Mardi Gras is Australia’s biggest LGBTIQ celebration, and the theme for this 37th parade is Passion. Give your listeners a ringside seat, care of our commentators perched just above Taylor Square, and our street-level reporters capturing all the sights and sounds. Mardi Gras is a community celebration, with crowd favourites like the Dykes on Bikes and all the diversity under the rainbow.

It's coming your station's way on the Community Radio Network (CRN). This will be the 6th consecutive year the broadcast will be going out live through CRN, and be available for syndication to any Australian community station.

For CRN subcribers:

This will be broadcast on CRN-2 (channel 631) on Saturday 7 March from 19:00 to 23:00 EDT.

Audio promos (fully produced, state-specific, and with optional music tails for your station's customisation) are available for download here. More details are available from CRN. Please contact emily.dwyer@joy.org.au if you plan to take this live broadcast.

An edited highlights package will also be available the following week through CRN's Extras timeslot.
