2018 Annual General Meeting

The CBAA hereby provides formal notice and encourages its members to participate in this year's Annual General Meeting and attend to the formal business of the Association.

The CBAA Annual General Meeting will take place at 4.30pm on Friday, 9 November 2018 at our national conference at the Gold Coast Convention Centre. If you're unable to attend, the CBAA encourages you to provide a proxy.

The agenda for this year's meeting includes:

Ordinary Business
  • To conduct the election to the CBAA Board for the Vice President (Radio) and three (3) Ordinary Board Members.
  • To receive the Report of the President and the Chief Executive Officer on behalf of the Board for the financial year ended 30 June 2018.
  • To receive the audited Financial Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2018 together with the Directors’ Report and the Independent Audit Report thereon.

Voting representative forms are available to download below and can be submitted to the CBAA prior to the Conference or lodged at the CBAA Conference Registration Desk no later than 3.30pm on Friday, 9 November 2018.
