We’re pleased to share that CBAA member stations can now access a new pro bono mediation service thanks to our partnership with Resolution Institute.

This initiative is designed to help stations across Australia navigate internal disputes in a fair, confidential and culturally safe way. It means you can focus on what matters most, serving your community, while having expert support to resolve conflicts that may arise.

What’s on offer?

  • Up to 4 hours of free mediation with a Resolution Institute accredited mediator

  • A confidential and impartial process

  • Available to all CBAA member stations, nationwide

  • Extra mediation time at a low, fixed cost if needed

  • An opportunity that also helps newly accredited mediators build valuable experience

How to get started

If your station is experiencing an internal dispute, you can access this service by submitting a referral form to the CBAA. We’ll then coordinate with Resolution Institute to arrange a qualified mediator who’s right for your station’s needs.
