On the evening of Saturday 8 November, community broadcasters from across Australia gathered in Adelaide for the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia’s (CBAA) annual Awards. The Awards are a celebration of community broadcasting excellence and recognise the accomplishments of community radio stations and personnel across 23 categories.
In an Australian first, the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia's Digital Radio Project and Community Radio Network are thrilled to be presenting a day of radio made by women, to be enjoyed by everyone.
CRN would like to congratulate all stations and producers recognised at the 2013 CBAA Awards. Amongst them were a number of programs which feature or have featured on CRN over the year. 4EB's Fair Comment won the award for Best New Radio Program - Talks, while many others were finalists in their respective categories.
