POSITION: Campaign Coordinator

Spots & Space are a media sales organisation that represents Australia’s largest network of diverse media. We facilitate the communication of important messages from government and corporate organisations to Community Radio stations, First Nations communities, multicultural communities, people that identify as living with a disability and regional and remote Australia. After continuing to grow our network of media partners, we are looking for someone to be the media’s first point of contact and assist with all campaign enquiries and administration.


About The Role:

As the Campaign Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for all media enquiries and assist with all administrative tasks to ensure that all campaigns run smoothly. You will process media bookings, distribute campaign material and gather relevant information and data to compile post campaign reports for our clients. Your goal will be to ensure all aspects of a campaign are administered accurately and on time. You will also assist with accounting and bookkeeping activities as required. Your success will enable the effective operations of our business and will help media that serves Australia’s diverse and hard to reach audience groups.

What You Will Do:

As Spots & Space’s Campaign Coordinator, you will be friendly and courteous as you assist media across Australia through every stage of a campaign. You will have excellent attention to detail, and be an adept administrator. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating media bookings and following up with media.

  • Developing relationships with key media contacts, staying up to date with any changes or developments.

  • Maintaining and updating Spots & Space’s internal databases and systems.

About You:

You will be comfortable working autonomously, and embrace change and ambiguity. You will be eager for ongoing training and development. Ideally, you will enjoy both liaising with the media and working with our wider team while effectively multitasking and prioritising administrative tasks to meet deadlines. Some other requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Service / Administration position where attention to detail is critical.

  • Experience with MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal.
