Melanie Withnall has been appointed as the new CBAA Vice President.

The appointment occurred at the CBAA Board's final meeting for 2015, where the Board also formally appointed Bethany Atkinson-Quinton as its Women's Representative.

Melanie steps into this role as former Vice President Phillip Randall moves into his role as President.

“It is my pleasure to welcome Melanie into this role," said Randall. "Melanie has made a valuable contribution to the Board as a general member and as Financial Director, and I’m confident that she will continue to do so as the CBAA’s Vice President.”

Melanie was previously the CBAA Board's Financial Director. She is also Managing Director of Sydney community radio station 2SER, which presents a range of talk and specialist music programming aimed at servicing the needs and interests of the members of the wider Sydney community.

As Melanie steps into her new role, the CBAA is seeking expressions of interest from people interested in joining the Board. Find out more about the role and how to apply here.
