2013 EVAs Media Awards

The EVAs Media Awards (Eliminating Violence Against Women Media Awards) honour journalists for excellence in the reporting of violence against women, in print, television, radio and online media; and celebrate media contributions to the prevention of violence against women.

Entries are judged on journalistic merit with emphasis on promoting community awareness and understanding of violence against women, and inspiring community interest and action.

Nominees for the 2013 Awards include Clemmie Wetherall of the 3CR program Women on the Line
