National Radio News is a non-profit enterprise and is available to any radio station connected to the Australia-wide ComRadSat network. Two-week trial periods are available for stations thinking about subscribing to the service.
There is a progressive pricing structure which aims to charge stations according to their means as measured by gross annual revenue. There are two components to the fee:
i) the NRN fee on which a 25% discount is available to CBAA members, and
ii) the AAP fee on which there is not (because AAP sets the charge).
The service is available as a total package only. The cost of the service can be covered by local sponsorship. Marketing information based on community stations experience in securing local news sponsorship is available to interested stations. Many subscriber stations are generating revenue for themselves over and above the cost of the service.
All prices include GST. For more info
