4ZZZ’s Outside Broadcast team will be bringing the folk to you, live across the Community Radio Network (CRN).

4ZZZ is again packing its top broadcasters into a van or two and sending them off to the Woodford Folk Festival so they can bring you the best treats that the festival has to offer.

Broadcasting across the Community Radio Network on December 30 and 31, the 4ZZZ team will be presenting three hour-long broadcasts, capturing the vibe of the festival through interviews and live performances. The broadcasts will be available to community stations through the Community Radio Network satellite service.

The Woodford Folk Festival is one of Australia’s most iconic and longest running festivals. Every summer from December 27 to January 1, tens of thousands of people of all ages make their annual pilgrimage to ‘Woodfordia’ (one-hour north of Brisbane, Queensland) to immerse themselves in a week-long celebration of music, art, culture, community and ceremony.

Keep up to date with the gang throughout the festival.
