Live Anzac Day 2014 services on CRN

The Community Radio Network satellite service will be broadcasting two live Anzac Day services this year, thanks to Albany Community Radio, WA, and City Park Radio, Tasmania.

Dawn service (WA)
CRN will broadcast its annual Dawn Service from Albany, WA, where troops sailed from Australian shores a century ago. With thanks to Albany Community Radio. 07:04 to 08:00 EST on CRN-1 & CRN-2, with a break for the 07:30 EST news.

Anzac Day morning service
Northern Midlands RSL Sub Branch, located just outside Launceston, Tasmania, will be presenting a unique 99th ANZAC commemoration service. The nearby township of Evandale is the birth place of Australia's most decorated soldier Lieutenant Colonel Harry Murray. Colonel Murray's niece will be presenting a special address for the commencement of the Centenary of ANZAC. The great-grandson of Alec Campbell (the last Anzac) will be presenting a special poem/song at the service. A world first will also be presented from the children of College Jacques Brel Villers-Brettoneux. The college has been working on a special song for the commencement of the Centenary of ANZAC and is titled "Never Forget Australia". Appropriately it will be sung in French and Australian.
