Daily Interview changes from February

From February the Daily Interview will be seen at the DDN ordering site as five separate programs; "Daily IV Mon", "Daily IV Tue" and so on, rather than as the single "Daily Interview".

Ordering: Stations will need to re-select these individual programs from the DDN ordering website to continue capturing the audio. Please log in and do this ASAP - CRN staff are happy to talk you through the process if you're unsure, or check this guide:

Playback: Captured audio files will be continue to be titled "Daily IV Mon", "Daily IV Tue" and so on. This should not require any playout system changes required at your end.

Plaything/DDN Plus: With these changes, the Daily Interview will become available for playback through the DDN Plus player (example screenshot below). Stations using Plaything Player will need to upgrade to DDN Plus by the end of March. Contact CRN staff on 02 93102999 for information.
