Disagreements are a regular part of any community radio or television station – and in fact, they can be a healthy thing. How your station handles them determines whether the disagreements are resolved or snowball into fully-blown conflicts which can then escalate and affect everyone.

Poorly handled conflicts can be extremely detrimental to the whole organisation. This webinar will take a look at strategies for managing and dealing with conflict situations and potentially avoiding them altogether. We will also hear from stations who have taken steps to put an end to conflicts successfully. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and learn procedures to help you bring peace to your station.

Who is this webinar for?

In particular, this webinar is aimed at complaints officers, and committees and people involved in the management of community radio and television stations. However, any volunteer from a community radio or television station is welcome to attend.
