
3CR seeks a new Station Manager for this diverse and unique community radio station.
Station Manager
The Station Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the station, including the co-ordination of staff and ensuring access and equity for 3CR’s volunteer workers and affiliates. The Manager also acts as the Executive Officer to the 3CR Committee of Management and to Community Radio Federation.
The role involves a high degree of responsibility, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience working or volunteering in a community organisation, managing staff and volunteers, finances and fundraising. The Station Manager is required to represent 3CR at community and sector events and functions.
