Program Coordinator - ArtSound FM

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all music, talk, special event broadcasts and syndicated satellite/internet delivered content including scheduling, promotion and publicity. 

Experience in broadcast program management, digital audio production, project development, and management and supervision of volunteers and/or trainees would be desirable. 

Demonstrated qualities of initiative, flexibility and capacity to work in a team environment are essential.  High level communication and computer competency, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with diverse constituents are also prerequisites for success in this position.

Technical production fluency and/or experience in community radio would be a plus.
This is a rare opportunity to work hands on with an innovative media organization and to assist in the development of new programming and delivery modes.
